DESCRIPTION:This exhibit is based around important themes found in the 2022-24 common reading book\, Braiding Sweetgrass. Guests are invited to contemplate—through the lens of art—how to prioritize a reciprocal relationship with the land\, each other\, and other living beings. The exhibit features a diverse selection of artworks and cultural objects created by Native and non-Native artists.

SUMMARY:Showcase for Undergraduate Research and Creative Activity (SURCA) 2024
DESCRIPTION:Visit the poster exhibits and presentations by undergraduates engaged in faculty-mentored research\, scholarship\, and creative activities at SURCA 2024!  Around 200 students will describe their work to investigate new\, or confirm existing\, facts in their discipline. SURCA presenters register for presentations in any of nine categories. While students present to judges who evaluate presentations according to a rubric\, the students also present to the public and answer question about their efforts. Be sure to save the date!
