Commons Cleaning Responsibilities

Duties should be done weekly, but closing crew should check their area for trash and dirt daily
204/208/Front Stairs/201 (OAE Admin)
- Sweep entrance stairs at closing (Fridays)
- Vacuum entrance rug (Fridays)
- Wipe down surfaces, molding ledges, railings, window ledges (Fridays)
- Wipe down furniture (Fridays)
- Wipe door handles (Fridays)
203 (College Affordability)
- Sweep & Vacuum
- Trash/Recycling (move down to dumpster if overflowing)
- Wipe down surfaces, molding ledges, railings, window ledges
- Wipe down desks and door handles in 203
- Sanitize and dust privacy booth
- Clean sink, microwave, other appliances
- Empty fridge (perishable items thrown out on Fridays unless marked)
- Disinfect and dust table in 204 and counter in 208

- Sweep & Vacuum
- Wipe down surfaces, molding ledges, railings, window ledges
- Sanitize and dust all furniture
- Trash/Recycling (move down to dumpster if overflowing)
- Wipe door handles
- Check sanitizers
- Check/put away games & supplies (daily)
- Clean chalkboards and monitors (Fridays)
